Studio Apure, LLC One-Year Limited Warranty

Effective Date: August 2, 2026

1. Warranty Coverage

Studio Apure, LLC (“Studio Apure,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) warrants to the original purchaser that eligible Studio Apure products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for one year from the original date of purchase.

This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Studio Apure or from an authorized Studio Apure reseller.

Valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Proof of purchase may include an original sales receipt, order confirmation, or other documentation reasonably acceptable to Studio Apure showing the purchase date, product, and authorized seller.

This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Products Covered

Unless a different written warranty is provided with a particular product, this Limited Warranty applies to Studio Apure products, including eligible battery-operated and non-battery-operated products.

Integrated rechargeable batteries are covered against manufacturing defects for the same one-year warranty period.

Individual products, components, accessories, replacement parts, promotional products, or special-order products may be subject to different written warranty terms where disclosed before purchase or provided with the product.

3. What This Limited Warranty Covers

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that become apparent during the warranty period under normal and intended use.

Covered conditions may include:

• A material or component that fails because of a manufacturing defect.

• A product that does not operate substantially as intended because of a defect in materials or workmanship.

• An integrated rechargeable battery that, because of a manufacturing defect, fails to charge, hold a functional charge, or operate properly during the warranty period.

The existence of a covered defect will be determined by Studio Apure following reasonable evaluation or inspection of the product and the information submitted with the claim.

Minor cosmetic variations, reasonable manufacturing tolerances, and natural variations in materials, finishes, texture, color, or appearance are not considered defects unless they materially affect the product’s intended functionality.

4. What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Aging

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration, scratches, fading, discoloration, finish changes, or other changes resulting from ordinary use or aging.

Battery Capacity Reduction

Gradual reduction in rechargeable battery capacity or operating time resulting from normal use, charging cycles, storage, temperature, or aging.

Accidental Damage

Damage caused by drops, impacts, spills, liquid exposure, crushing, improper transportation, improper storage, or other accidents.

Misuse or Improper Care

Damage or failure caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper cleaning, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, or use outside the product’s intended purpose or specifications.

Improper Installation or Repair

Damage caused by improper assembly, mounting, wiring, installation, maintenance, disassembly, repair, or service.

Where professional installation or service is recommended or required, damage resulting from work performed by an unqualified or unlicensed person is not covered.

Alterations and Modifications

Damage or failure caused by unauthorized alterations, modifications, disassembly, refinishing, or changes to the product.

Accessories and Power Sources

Damage caused by an incompatible, defective, improper, noncompliant, or incorrectly used charger, adapter, cable, plug, power supply, accessory, electrical system, or third-party component.

Use of a third-party accessory does not by itself void this Limited Warranty. However, damage or failure caused by that accessory is not covered.

External Causes

Damage caused by power surges, voltage fluctuations, electrical irregularities, fire, flooding, excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, weather, natural disasters, environmental conditions, pests, transportation incidents, or other external causes.

Unauthorized Sellers

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, unverified marketplaces, liquidators, auction sites, private sellers, or other channels that Studio Apure cannot reasonably verify as authorized.

Commercial or Unintended Use

Use in a manner or environment inconsistent with the product’s stated intended use, specifications, instructions, or product classification.

Lost or Stolen Products

Products that are lost, stolen, discarded, or unavailable for reasonable evaluation when evaluation is required.

Consumable and Replaceable Items

Consumable items, removable batteries, accessories, packaging, or replaceable components are not covered unless expressly included in writing or defective when originally supplied.

This Limited Warranty does not apply where a serial number, product identifier, authenticity label, or other identifying information has been removed, altered, or made unreadable, unless prohibited by applicable law.

5. Remedies Under This Limited Warranty

If Studio Apure determines that a product has a covered defect during the warranty period, Studio Apure may, at its option and subject to applicable law:

• Repair the defective product;

• Replace the defective product or component with a new, refurbished, remanufactured, or functionally equivalent product or component; or

• Refund the original purchase price paid for the defective product, excluding any amounts not legally required to be refunded.

The remedy selected by Studio Apure will constitute the available remedy under this Limited Warranty, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Replacement products or components may differ in color, finish, design, packaging, generation, or specifications when the original version is unavailable, provided the replacement is reasonably equivalent in essential functionality and value.

Studio Apure does not guarantee that an identical model, finish, edition number, packaging, or version will remain available.

Products or components replaced or refunded under this Limited Warranty may become the property of Studio Apure where permitted by law.

6. Warranty Period for Repairs and Replacements

A repaired or replacement product or component will be covered for the remainder of the original one-year warranty period or for 90 days from the date the repaired or replacement product is delivered, whichever is longer.

A repair or replacement does not restart the original one-year warranty period unless Studio Apure expressly agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Shipping and Inspection

Studio Apure may require photographs, videos, product information, troubleshooting, remote evaluation, or return of the product before approving a warranty remedy.

Do not return or ship a product without first submitting a warranty claim through the Studio Apure Help Center and receiving return instructions or authorization through Loop Returns or directly from Studio Apure.

For approved claims within the contiguous United States, Studio Apure may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable standard return shipping costs when Studio Apure requires the product to be returned.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, installation costs, removal costs, reinstallation costs, packaging costs, and other incidental expenses are not covered unless Studio Apure expressly agrees otherwise or applicable law requires coverage.

The customer is responsible for packaging any returned product securely and in accordance with the instructions provided. Studio Apure is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate or improper return packaging.

For claims outside the contiguous United States, including international claims, the customer may be responsible for shipping, customs charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other transportation expenses, except where applicable law requires otherwise or Studio Apure agrees in writing to cover them.

Studio Apure may ask the customer not to return a defective product and instead to retain, recycle, or dispose of it according to the instructions provided.

Do not dispose of a product until Studio Apure has provided authorization when a return, inspection, or additional documentation may be required.

8. Battery-Specific Terms

Integrated rechargeable batteries are consumable components whose capacity naturally declines over time and with use.

Normal battery-capacity reduction, reduced operating duration caused by ordinary charging cycles, and deterioration caused by age are not manufacturing defects.

Battery coverage applies only when Studio Apure determines that the battery failed because of a manufacturing defect during the warranty period.

Damage caused by improper charging, prolonged storage in unsuitable conditions, exposure to excessive heat or cold, liquid exposure, incompatible charging equipment, electrical irregularities, or failure to follow charging instructions is not covered.

Products containing lithium-ion or other rechargeable batteries must not be opened, punctured, crushed, burned, exposed to excessive heat, or disposed of with ordinary household waste where prohibited.

Old or defective batteries and battery-containing products must be handled and disposed of in accordance with applicable local laws and recycling requirements.

9. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Warranty claims must be initiated through the warranty claim process available in the Studio Apure Help Center on the official Studio Apure Website.

Studio Apure uses Loop Returns to receive, manage, and process warranty claims. Customers may be directed from the Help Center to the Loop Returns portal to submit the required claim information.

To initiate a warranty claim, you may be required to provide:

• Your name and contact information.

• Valid proof of purchase.

• The product name or model.

• The order number, if available.

• The approximate date the issue began.

• A clear description of the issue.

• Photographs or videos reasonably requested to evaluate the claim.

• Any additional information reasonably necessary to verify the product, purchase, condition, or reported defect.

Do not send sensitive personal information.

Studio Apure or Loop Returns may provide troubleshooting instructions or request additional information before requiring the product to be returned.

Completing reasonable troubleshooting will not reduce the remaining warranty period.

Do not return or ship a product unless you have received return authorization and return instructions through Loop Returns or directly from Studio Apure.

Claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period. If an issue is reported shortly before the warranty expires, Studio Apure may continue evaluating the timely submitted claim after the expiration date.

Submitting a warranty claim, receiving a confirmation, or receiving a return authorization does not mean that the claim has been approved or that the reported issue is covered under this Limited Warranty.

Studio Apure will review claims within a reasonable period based on the nature of the issue, the information provided, whether inspection or troubleshooting is required, product availability, shipping, and other relevant circumstances.

Failure to provide reasonably requested information, complete required troubleshooting, or make the product available for inspection may prevent Studio Apure from evaluating or completing the claim.

10. Proof of Defect and Claim Verification

Studio Apure may inspect, test, or evaluate the product to determine whether the reported condition is covered.

Submission of a claim, photographs, videos, or return authorization does not by itself confirm that the product is defective or that the claim is covered.

If no covered defect is found, Studio Apure may return the product to the customer and may charge reasonable inspection or shipping costs where disclosed in advance and permitted by law.

Studio Apure may deny claims involving fraud, materially false information, altered proof of purchase, product substitution, tampered identifiers, intentional damage, or other abuse of the warranty process.

11. Original Purchaser and Transferability

This Limited Warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is not transferable to a subsequent owner, except where applicable law requires otherwise or Studio Apure expressly agrees in writing.

Products received as gifts may be eligible for coverage if the recipient provides valid proof that the product was originally purchased from Studio Apure or an authorized Studio Apure reseller and the claim otherwise satisfies this Limited Warranty.

12. Geographical Scope

This Limited Warranty applies to eligible products purchased directly through studioapure.com or from an authorized Studio Apure reseller, subject to the product’s intended market, shipping destination, and any product-specific terms.

Warranty service options, shipping arrangements, replacement availability, and processing procedures may vary by country or region.

Customers located outside the United States may have mandatory statutory warranty or consumer rights provided by local law. Those rights are not limited by this Limited Warranty where they cannot lawfully be waived.

Studio Apure is not required to provide or ship a remedy to a country in which doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, carrier restrictions, product certification requirements, or other legal restrictions.

13. Discontinued and Limited-Edition Products

If a covered product is discontinued, unavailable, limited-edition, individually numbered, or no longer manufactured, Studio Apure may repair the product, replace it with a reasonably equivalent product, provide store credit where accepted by the customer, or refund the original purchase price, subject to applicable law.

Studio Apure does not guarantee preservation or replacement of an individual edition number, original packaging, discontinued finish, collector status, or identical design.

14. Disclaimer of Other Warranties

This Limited Warranty is the written warranty provided by Studio Apure for the covered product.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this Limited Warranty.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties. In those states or jurisdictions, this limitation may not apply.

No reseller, creator, affiliate, employee, contractor, installer, distributor, or other third party is authorized to modify, extend, or create a warranty on behalf of Studio Apure unless the modification is expressly confirmed in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Studio Apure.

15. Limitation of Remedies and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Apure’s obligations under this Limited Warranty are limited to the repair, replacement, or refund remedies described above.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Apure will not be responsible under this Limited Warranty for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost revenue, lost profits, loss of business opportunity, removal costs, installation costs, or damage to other property.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In those states or jurisdictions, the applicable exclusion or limitation may not apply.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Studio Apure will not be responsible for delays in providing a warranty remedy caused by events outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, carrier delays, customs delays, labor disruptions, supply shortages, manufacturing interruptions, governmental actions, utility failures, or failures of third-party service providers.

This section does not eliminate any obligation that cannot lawfully be delayed, excluded, or limited.

17. Governing Terms

This Limited Warranty is governed by applicable federal law and, to the extent not preempted, the laws identified in Studio Apure’s Terms of Use.

Any dispute concerning this Limited Warranty will be handled in accordance with the applicable dispute and governing-law provisions in the Terms of Use, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty requires arbitration unless the customer and Studio Apure separately agree to arbitration in a legally enforceable agreement.

18. Consumer Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty limits or excludes a statutory or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

19. Changes to This Limited Warranty

Studio Apure may update this Limited Warranty periodically.

The version of the Limited Warranty in effect on the original purchase date will generally apply to the product, unless a later version provides greater coverage or applicable law requires otherwise.

Updates will not retroactively reduce warranty coverage already provided for a completed purchase.

20. Warranty Claims and Questions

Warranty claims must be initiated through the Studio Apure Help Center on the official Studio Apure Website and submitted through the available Loop Returns warranty process.

The Help Center also provides information regarding warranty coverage, claim requirements, returns, troubleshooting, and other customer-support matters.

Submitting a general inquiry outside the Help Center or Loop Returns process does not replace the requirement to formally initiate a warranty claim through the designated warranty claim process.
