At Studio Apure, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of your delivery/receipt date.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted. Customized or final-sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note, a handling and restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Where You Purchased Matters

We can only process returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from studioapure.com. If your item was purchased through a retailer, affiliate, or distributor, please reach out to them, as their return policies will apply.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for covering return shipping. Studio Apure does not provide return shipping labels, and you will need to arrange and pay for your own return shipping costs. Please allow 10-14 business days from the time we receive your return for processing.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so that we can provide you with a solution.
